Imagine if Katniss never saw the news report about district 8, Gale may have agreed to run away with her. He wouldn’t have left the little house that day and got whipped for killing a turkey. Katniss, Peeta, and Hamyitch could have been off in the forest instead of being reaped for the 75th hunger games. The rebellion wouldn’t have a mockingjay.  

i think to much when reading a book i really do

Imagine if President Snow had always watched Katniss and Gale hunt and rant about the Capitol in the woods. And instead of executing them the Capitol filled the reaping bowl with slips of paper with the name Primrose Everdeen printed on them.  

omg i posted this just of what i thought when reading catching fire today and its gotten so many notes :O

Haymitch was sick and tired of hearing Peeta worry about asking Katniss to marry him. So one day when Peeta wasn’t looking Haymitch put a diamond ring in one of Peetas Cheese buns and had him give it to Katniss. To this day Katniss has never found a cheese bun as wonderful as that one.
